I called Armando, born and raised in the heart of Mexico City, where street food is not just a meal – it's a lifestyle. From the bustling markets to tacoboder, that are open late in the evening, I have taken the vibrant flavours and the soul of my city, and packaged them into a food truck that runs through your neighborhood. Each bite of my food truck is rooted in tradition and made with love. I'm using the original family recipes passed down through the generations, including organic tortillas, homemade tortillachips, handmade salsas with a spicy punch, and the freshest meat and vegetables, I can find. Whether you fancy a juicy al pastor taco, cochinita pibil, carnitas, suadero, langtidsstegte black beans with epazote, sautéed mushrooms, or a tender barbacoa quesadilla or tinga tostada, I have something sizzling just for you. It is a real mexican street food – honest, tasty and made from the heart – delivered directly to your curb. Come and taste Mexico on wheels – from my familia to yours.
