Meet the founder
Street Foodies was founded by Mikkel Ehab Shafi – a Danish restaurateur with decades of experience at the highest level of Danish gastronomy. Mikkel is the man behind the Michelin-starred restaurant Kokkeriet and Spisebaren at Illum in Copenhagen.
With Street Foodies, Mikkel brings that same passion for exceptional food and hospitality to the world of food trucks – building Denmark's leading platform for food truck catering and creating a community where quality and guest experience always come first.
