CHOLITO
We are Joe, Marta and Adriano, the founders of CHOLITO, a Peruvian street food concept based in Copenhagen. We serve traditional Peruvian sandwiches inspired by the markets and street food culture of Lima and Callao. Our goal is simple: to share the food we grew up with in a way that is authentic, accessible and easy to enjoy. Over the past few months, we have participated in pop-ups, private events and driven around with our food truck, where we have introduced more and more people to Peruvian food – one sandwich at a time.

Yellow chilli mayo
Creamy mayonnaise mixed with Peruvian yellow chili (ají amarillo) and our own spice blend. The perfect dip for french fries, sweet potatoes and sandwiches. Vegetarian. Contains: Egg. May contain traces of milk, gluten and nuts.
