This authentic "low & slow" cooking method is what gives our pulled pork, chicken wings, baby back ribs and more their tender and flavourful quality — the hallmark of true BBQ. At Smokestack BBQ we set a high standard all the way through. When you bite into our juicy pulled pork burger, you get: pulled pork smoked for 23 hours, our award-winning BBQ sauce, homemade apple ketchup, house-pickled red onions, and a potato brioche bun featured in multiple award-winning burgers abroad!
